ISO 27001
The ISO/IEC 27001 is an international standard to manage information security.
Lengoo has put in place an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to manage risks related to the security of data owned or handled by us. This system respects all best practices and principles regarding IT security.
ISO 18587
The ISO 18587 standard contains requirements placed on the process of full, human post-editing of machine translation output and post-editors' competences.
In Lengoo’s translation processes, only full post-editing is used. We stand behind the conviction that the quality of each translation that we deliver should always be of the highest possible level in order to ensure continuous high-quality training data.
ISO 17100
The ISO 17100 standard regulates language service providers to ensure the provision of high-quality human language services.
An important feature of the ISO 17100 certification is the so-called ‘four-eyes principle’. At Lengoo, all human language services are edited by at least one different and independent expert linguist, to guarantee the greatest possible quality and consistency.

La norma ISO 18587 definisce i requisiti per il processo di post-editing eseguito interamente da un post-editor umano su una traduzione automatica, nonché le competenze fondamentali del post-editor. Nel concreto, la norma ISO 18587 definisce i requisiti minimi per un post-editing “leggero”, con cui la traduzione automatica viene revisionata solo lievemente, rendendo migliore la leggibilità, e un post-editing “completo”, con l´obiettivo di raggiungere il livello di qualità di una traduzione umana. Nel processo di traduzione di Lengoo si adopera esclusivamente un post-editing completo, poiché siamo convinti che la qualità di ogni traduzione che consegniamo debba essere sempre ottimale, a prescindere che sia stata eseguita da una rete e una persona o da due persone.
